The Challenge
The PG Group wanted to dominate the automotive and building glass installation industry.
The Strategy
The South African glass manufacturing and installation industry has a limited number of competitors.
Old ways of finding fitment centres like yellow pages are outmoded.
A coordinated digital campaign, for PG Group companies (PG Glass, PG Building Glass (formally Glass South Africa), Shatterprufe and Llumar), to claim real estate on AdWords and search results.
The Results
In 2013, we built 4 new websites around the brand concepts – quick, simple and quality. Each website focuses on a different area, but work together. The websites are easy to use with simple design, native lead tracking systems and geo-locate to find fitment centres.
In 2015, we started a remarketing campaign for PG Glass based on user behaviour. Paid traffic increased by 160% at a cost per lead under R10.
In October 2015, we launched a Facebook promotion campaign to drive users to PG Glass fitment centres. We reached over 159000 people and got 7562 user clicks.
